NOTE: The Wakita Board of Education may discuss, vote to approve, vote not to approve, or decide not to vote on any item of this agenda. The Board may also enter to executive session as state statutes permit and may vote to accept any resignation at any scheduled meeting.

 

Call to order and roll call of members.

Pledge of Allegiance.

Read and vote to approve or not to approve the minutes of the June 6^th, 2011 regular Board meeting.

Vote to pay or vote not to pay the bills in the General, Building, Child Nutrition, and Insurance funds.

Vote to surplus donated items to the FACS class and donate them to her to use in her new teaching assignment.

Vote to hire lifeguards Janelle Przybylski and Shelby Quinnlan.

Vote on Gore Alumni request for the Senior Panel and Trophies.

Vote to surplus old basketball jerseys, track jerseys, and cheerleading uniforms.

Vote to reduce in force the Treasurer due to the annexation.

Vote on any issue that may rise due to annexation

Approve the audit contract for 10-11 fiscal year with Chas W. Carroll P.A. firm.
